Megan Weisrock

Biography

Megan Weisrock graduated from St Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, in 2023 with a BA in Political Science and International Studies. There, I was involved in Model UN, Student Government Organization, and College Democrats. I have lived in the Quad Cities my entire life, but I am very excited to begin a new journey in Normal. After university, I began working at World Relief Quad Cities, a refugee resettlement agency, as an Administrative Assistant. I was able to interact with clients as I manned the front desk and grew an understanding of the entire organization in order to serve clients and the community best. I have spent two years in
my position, and I love how much I have grown personally and professionally. Though it was always my intention to return to school, as my ideal career path is to become a professor.
